Here's how our Group Order process works:
- Once you’ve ordered your Sample Kit, we’ll get in touch right away to find out which styles, sizes, and colors you want to see.
- You’ll have a week or so with the Sample Kit to let your team try everything on and decide what they like.
- Once the decisions have been made, you can send the Sample Kit back to us* using our free return shipping label.
- Once we receive it, we’ll reach out to help you get your new scrubs on their way.

* Customers must obtain a receipt from the shipping carrier (UPS or the USPS) when sending their Sample Kit back to TiScrubs. TiScrubs will collect your credit card information and keep it on file before shipping out your Sample Kit. You will be charged the full retail value of the Sample Kit if you do not return it.
