You may exchange or return your items within 30 days of your order date. We offer free returns and exchanges on all items that have not been worn or washed and have their original tags still attached.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you use our prepaid shipping label for your return, $6.00 will be deducted from your refund. (Return shipping labels for exchanges are free.)

Final Sale items and embroidered items cannot be returned.

A return or exchange request can be submitted within 30 days of your order date.

* Pilling is the process that forms small, firm balls of lint on the surface of fabrics.

Here's how to care for your scrubs to give them the longest life possible:

Solid Color Scrubs

• Machine wash cold with like colors
• Do not use fabric softeners
• Do not bleach
• Remove from dryer immediately
• Do not allow to lay flat on itself when wet
• Tumble dry low
• Do not iron
• Do not dry clean

Print Scrub Tops

• Machine wash cold
• Tumble dry low
• Remove immeidately
• Do not bleach

Typical delivery time for our Free Shipping option is 2-5 business days, depending on your distance from our Kansas City warehouse.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are also eligible for our Free Standard Shipping option. If you select this option, your package should arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00 PM CST will typically ship out the same day.  

If you need your order in a hurry, we offer Expedited Shipping options. Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM CST to be eligible for any of the Expedited Shipping methods we offer.

• Delivered within 5 business days.
• Free on orders over $120, or $6 for orders under $120.

Faster Shipping

• Delivered in 2–4 business days when ordered by 1:00 PM CST.
• $25 flat rate.

Fastest Shipping

• Delivered in 1–2 business days when ordered by 1:00 PM CST.
• $50 flat rate.

Orders of $120 or more qualify for our Free Standard Shipping option and are typically delivered within 5 business days.

Expedited Shipping options are available for an extra charge.

We ship anywhere in the continental United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

We offer three Expedited Shipping options:

• Faster Shipping (Delivered in 2-4 business days if ordered by 1:00 pm CST): $ 25.
• Fastest Shipping (Delivered in 1-2 business days if ordered by 1:00 pm CST): $ 50.
• Overnight Shipping (Delivered the next business day if ordered by 1:00 pm CST): $100. NOTE: This option is not available at checkout. You must contact us at help@tiscrubs.com to request this option.

We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express — as well as a variety of other payment methods, including AfterPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We do not keep your credit card information on file, so you will need to submit it each time you place an order with us.
