What is your official Returns & Exchanges Policy?
How soon will my refund appear in my account?
Most refunds are processed within two weeks of the date you mail your return. We'll email you as soon as your refund has been issued. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few additional business days for the credit to appear in your account.
How do I start my return or exchange?
You can start your return or exchange here.
Can I return my items for a full refund?
You may exchange or return your items within 30 days of your order date. We offer free returns and exchanges on all items that have not been worn or washed and have their original tags still attached.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you use our prepaid shipping label for your return, $6.00 will be deducted from your refund. (Return shipping labels for one exchange per original order are free.)
Final Sale items and embroidered items cannot be returned.
How long after I place my order can I request return or exchange?
A return or exchange request can be submitted within 30 days of your order date.
Who pays the shipping costs for returns and exchanges?
For exchanges, TiScrubs will provide one free return shipping label for one exchange per original order. Start your exchange here.
For returns, TiScrubs will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and $7.50 will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Start your return here.
If you choose to use your own return shipping label, please insure the package for its value and obtain a receipt with tracking information from the shipping carrier. Mail your return to:

What if an item is defective?
We stand behind our products. If you receive an item that you believe is defective, please contact us at help@tiscrubs.com.

What is your fabric made of?
All of our solid color scrubs are made of our unique performance fabric, which has the following properties:
- 97% polyester / 3% Spandex
- 4-way stretch
- Lightweight yet durable
- Soft and smooth
- Antimicrobial
- Moisture-wicking
- Fade-resistant
- Wrinkle-resistant
- Doesn't pill*
- Doesn't attract animal fur
- Doesn't shrink (when washed according to our care instructions)
* Pilling is the process that forms small, firm balls of lint on the surface of fabrics.
How do I care for my scrubs?
Here's how to care for your scrubs to give them the longest life possible:
Solid Color Scrubs
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Do not use fabric softeners
- Do not bleach
- Remove from dryer immediately
- Do not allow to lay flat on itself when wet
- Tumble dry low
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
Print Scrub Tops
- Machine wash cold
- Tumble dry low
- Remove immeidately
- Do not bleach
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take to get my order?
Most Standard Shipping orders arrive within 5–8 business days.
Orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship the same business day.
Need your order sooner? We also offer Express Shipping (2-4 business days) and Priority Shipping (1–2 business days).
Orders containing embroidered items require additional processing time before shipping.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping
- Delivered in 5–8 business days.
- Free on orders of $120 or more.
- $8 for orders under $120.
Express Shipping
- Delivered in 2-4 business days.
- $20 flat rate for orders up to 10 lb.
- $25 flat rate for orders over 10 lb.
Priority Shipping
- Delivered in 1–2 business days.
- $50 flat rate for orders up to 4 lb.
- $100 flat rate for orders over 4 lb.

Do you offer free shipping?
Orders of $120 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping, which typically arrives within 5–8 business days.
Express and Priority Shipping options are also available for an additional charge.
Do you ship to my area?
We ship anywhere in the continental United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer the following expedited shipping options:
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 2-4 business days.
- Priority Shipping: Delivered within 1–2 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express — as well as a variety of other payment methods, including AfterPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.
Is my payment information safe with you?
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We do not keep your credit card information on file, so you will need to submit it each time you place an order with us.
