Orders of $120 or more in value, destined for delivery within the U.S., qualify for our Free Standard Shipping option. Typically, delivery via this method ranges from 2 to 5 business days, depending on your proximity to our Kansas City warehouse.

We extend our free shipping option to orders bound for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico as well. By selecting this option, your package should arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00 PM CST are usually shipped out on the same day. (For additional details regarding shipping times for embroidered items, please refer to the Embroidery Shipping Details section below.)

For urgent needs, we offer Expedited Shipping options. To be eligible for any of these methods, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM CST.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at help@tiscrubs.com or 1.888.847.4642 for updates on your order status.

Please allow up to 10 business days of additional processing time before an order with Standard Embroidery is shipped. If your order contains an embroidered item, we'll ship your entire order once the embroidered item(s) are ready.

The Custom Embroidery service entails additional processing time, depending on the size of your order and the intricacy of the embroidery. The team member assisting you with your order will provide further details.

Please note that returns or exchanges of embroidered items are not accepted unless there was an embroidery error on our part. If you're uncertain about sizing, we recommend placing your initial order without embroidery.
