Returns & Exchanges
If your order isn't the perfect fit, we'll make the return or exchange process simple.
Our Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and returned with the original tags attached.
- Embroidered and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
One free prepaid return shipping label is included with your first exchange.
Please obtain a receipt when you drop off your package and keep it, along with your tracking information, until your exchange has been received and processed.
We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for your return. A $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you choose to use your own shipping label, please insure the package for its full value and retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been processed.

Most refunds are completed within approximately two weeks of mailing your return.

Because embroidered garments are customized specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you're ordering TiScrubs for the first time and are unsure about sizing, we recommend placing your initial order without embroidery. Once you've confirmed your preferred size and fit, you can confidently customize future orders.
