Our Simple Return Policy
- Free Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of your order date.
- For a full refund, the item must be in the original packaging and in new condition. Unworn and unwashed, with the tags attached.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable. (Good thing we offer free shipping on most orders!)
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on embroidered or custom items. If you are unsure about sizing, we suggest that you place your first order without embroidery or customization.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Face Masks cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature.
