Returns + Exchanges

You may exchange or return items from your order within 30 days of your order date.

We offer free returns and exchanges and will provide one free return shippping label per original order. If you exchange items and then decide you need to make a second exchange or return for that same order, the cost to ship the items will be your responsibility.

Our Return Policy

Free Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order date under the following conditions:

  • For a full refund, the item must be new condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. 

  • We will provide a free return shipping label for one return or exchange per order. Please obtain a receipt from the United States Postal Service when you drop off your package and keep it for your records, as the package is your responsibility until we receive it. 

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. (Good thing we offer free standard shipping on orders over $75!)

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for embroidered or custom items. If you are unsure about sizing, we suggest that you place your first order without embroidery or customization.

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
