RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY
Confident in our scrubs, we offer free exchanges and make returns incredibly easy.
TiScrubs accepts unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Embroidered and Final Sale items excluded. Please allow approximately one week for processing from the time you mail your returned item(s). You’ll receive an email confirmation upon completion.
POLICY DETAILS
- For a full refund or an exchange, the item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, unsoiled, and unwashed, with the original tags attached.
- Returned items must be received within 30 days of the original order date.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, TiScrubs will provide one free return shipping label for one exchange per original order. Start your exchange here. Please obtain a receipt from the United States Postal Service when you drop off your package and keep it for your records, as the package is your responsibility until we receive it.
- For returns, TiScrubs will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and $6.50 will be deducted from your refund. Start your return here. Please obtain a receipt from the United States Postal Service when you drop off your package and keep it for your records. If you choose to use your own return shipping label, please insure the package for its value and obtain a receipt with tracking information from the shipping carrier. Mail your return to:

- International Orders: TiScrubs accepts returns and exchanges for international orders. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any taxes or duties incurred. If you’d like to exchange or return your international order, please email us at help@tiscrubs.com before sending your items back.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for embroidered items. If you want to customize your scrubs and are unsure about sizing, we suggest that you place your first order without embroidery or customization.
