Shipping Policy

We work to process and ship TiScrubs orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped from our facility in North Kansas City, Missouri.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $120 or more. A $6 shipping charge applies to U.S. orders under $120.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout:

• Faster Shipping (approximately 2–4 business days): $25
• Fastest Shipping (approximately 1–2 business days): $50

Orders requiring expedited shipping should be placed by 1:00 PM Central Time. Delivery estimates are based on business days and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Embroidery & Customized Orders

Orders containing embroidery or other customization require additional processing time. Please refer to the estimated production time provided when placing your order.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
