“Screw it, everything sucks!” That’s where we were after searching for a pair of men’s scrub pants that had the same qualities as our favorite Nike shorts. Out of this frustration, the first athletic scrubs were born: our Tall Men’s Relaxed Fit Scrub Pants.

Sick of stiff and scratchy scrubs, we developed our performance scrub fabric to be silky on the inside, caressing your skin like only the best Tinder dates do. We made it moisture-wicking so that sweat and splatters would disappear quickly. Antimicrobial? Check. Wrinkle-resistant? Check. The only thing this fabric can’t do is update your patient charts.

Aiming for sweatpants-like comfort, we gave them an easy, relaxed fit with a roomy leg that any man-thigh could get into. We also added our won’t-dig-into-your-gut elastic waistband -- complete with a drawstring so you can adjust after sneaking second lunch.

We loaded these pants up with 7 pockets, to be used and abused as you see fit. And for added breathability and spandex-like flexibility, we added our iconic mesh stripes down the legs. The result? A damn good pair of athletic scrub pants.

    Our scrubs are super easy to care for, even a first-year student hitting the laundromat for the first time can’t mess them up.

    Step 1) Take the scrubs off.

    Step 2) Machine wash cold or hand wash cold if you're a savage.

    Step 3) Tumble dry low.

    Some pro tips: don’t bleach, don't iron, remove from dryer immediately.

    Relaxed fit

    The grays appear to be a bit “fuller” than the black. Really like the color. I’ve worn the black for 10 years now. The gray are not sloppy but plenty full where as the black seem a more slim cut.

    Exceptional product and customer support!

    My very first time ordering from TI Scrubs.

    I ordered the wrong size of pants. I have a 38 inch waist and am 6’5” To be safe I ordered XXL Tall. Called customer service and they were so nice and supportive. I was told to send them back, we’ll pay for the shipping cost and when I send them back they will know and immediately send me XL Tall. The representative stated to me if I get the new order and they don’t fit, contact them and they will pay for the shipping cost and send me a new order.

    I was thinking that the XL Tall would work. Wrong! 5.5” too long. I was so hesitant to have to send the second order back and thought I would pay an alteration person locally to adjust the length. But I remembered that I was told to send them back.

    What company do you find that is willing to work with their customers and sincerely want them to be satisfied.

    I tell everyone about TI Scrubs and mention about the quality of their products and more importantly the courtesy of their customer support team and their sincerity regarding their customer experience be one of their primary concerns.

    The XL worked!
